Rain stopped play

Allan and Chloe discovered the problem with rainforests. It rains and rains very heavily. We should have spotted a clue in the name.

The rain stopped us from leaving the cabin, apart from dashing to get some lunch and dinner. Also, when it rains, the insects come out of the rainforest and seek shelter by giving hotels rooms a visit.

We only had a big dive-bombing crickety-type thing (now do you get the title pun?) which elicited some screeches from Chloe. Other people had visits from venomous giant centipedes and snakes, so we counted ourselves fortunate.

What we need now is some arty rain photos. With a vast amount time on his hands, Allan experimented with the camera long enough for the enclosed attempts.
